NextAlert.co provides real-time lead generation services for bail bondsmen, water damage restoration companies, and related professionals. We monitor public data sources, qualify potential leads, and deliver contact information to subscribed clients.
Pay-Per-Lead: You are charged per qualified lead delivered. Pricing varies by lead type and is displayed at signup. Territory Exclusive: Monthly subscription fee for exclusive access to leads in your designated zip codes. All payments are processed through Stripe.
Every lead is guaranteed to meet our quality standards. If a delivered lead contains incorrect contact information, is a duplicate, or the defendant has already been bailed out, we will replace it free of charge within 24 hours of your report. Contact [email protected] to report a lead quality issue.
Territory Exclusive subscribers receive all qualified leads generated within their designated zip codes. No other client will receive the same leads in your territory. Exclusivity applies only to your subscribed zip codes and niche.
You may cancel at any time. Pay-Per-Lead clients have no ongoing obligation. Territory Exclusive subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time — billing stops at the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees apply.
You agree to use leads only for legitimate business purposes in compliance with all applicable laws and licensing requirements. You will not resell, redistribute, or share leads with unauthorized parties.
NextAlert provides leads on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee specific close rates, revenue outcomes, or lead volumes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific lead in question.
