3. Lead Data

Lead information is derived from publicly available records and verified through direct communication. We comply with all applicable federal and state regulations regarding the use of public records data, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Ohio Revised Code.

4. SMS Communications

By signing up, you consent to receive lead notifications via SMS. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We honor all opt-out requests immediately.

We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data. Payment information is processed through Stripe and never stored on our servers.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for the duration of your service. Lead data is retained for 90 days after delivery. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting [email protected].
